1. Content you may not publish or share
This applies to games, game pages and images, comments, profiles, community assets, shared Remix source, contest entries and anything else you make public or share through GRIT:
- Content that sexualizes minors, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
- Content that is illegal where it is published or where we operate, or that promotes serious harm or violence against people.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that targets people for who they are.
- Sexually explicit content, or graphic violence presented without a game context or appropriate content notice.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including assets ripped from other games or stores.
- Other people's personal information without their permission.
- Impersonation of people, companies or GRIT, and misleading games or pages (fake downloads, scams, phishing).
- Malware, crypto-miners, or games that attack, track or deceive players or their devices.
2. How you may not use the Services
- Don't use game hosting, player saves, Cloud projects or uploads as general file storage, a file-sharing or content-distribution service, or to host anything that isn't your game or project.
- Don't break, overload, probe or get around our security, rate limits, quotas, license checks or Library entitlements, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.
- Don't scrape or bulk-download the Library or the site, except through features we provide.
- Don't cheat leaderboards, contests or votes, including with multiple accounts or automated play.
- Don't spam comments, ratings, reports or contest entries, or send false reports.
- Don't share or sell your account, devices or Pro access.
- Don't use the App or Services to break the law, or the terms of AI providers or tools you connect.
3. Reports and enforcement
Use Report on a game, comment or asset, or email us. We may remove content, restrict features, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, as described in the Terms of Service. For copyright, see the Copyright and DMCA Policy.
