Stylized cartoon version: chunky shapes with big rounded edges, thickened parts, a toy-like wider base and slightly hand-made wobble; bold flat colours with painted light (darker low down, lighter on top), small hardware and fine detail removed. Single-storey industrial warehouse shell, 24 x 12 m with a 6 m eaves height and a low 10 degree twin-pitch profiled steel roof with translucent rooflight strips, ridge cap, gutters and corner downpipes. Dock-height concrete plinth, faded green-grey profiled cladding, two 3.6 x 4.0 m loading-door openings with bumpers on a raised floor, a 0.95 m personnel door with stair, empty high strip-window openings and a louvre vent; hollow interior with portal frames, purlins, bracing and a jointed concrete slab, and a front apron. Heavy wear: rusty fixings and laps, dented cladding by the dock doors, algae on the plinth, oil on the apron, bird droppings, invented signage.
