Corrupted sunken cathedral
cathedral_sunken_corrupted_a · architecture.buildings.cathedral
Gothic cathedral half-drowned in a lake: a nave 40 m long and 16 m wide whose walls stand 9 m above the waterline (and 8 m below it), tall pointed windows half under water, buttress piers with flying arches, a low-pitched roof with parapets broken open over the middle of the flooded nave so its columns show, a west front with a rose window and a X. The roof is a walkable island; a rubble stair up from the water is its own model (attach_stairs). Black stone streaked with plum stains, magenta light welling from the drowned nave.
