Corrupted leyline dais

Round stepped dais 21 m across: three 19 cm steps all the way round up to a paved top 18 m across, laid in rings of slabs, with a glowing leyline running in from each of eight rune-stone places to a ring round the central obelisk. Its place_stone sockets carry a light sequence so the stones' runes glow one after another. Black stone with magenta-glowing runes and leylines.
