Merrow's Debt sailing warship

An original three-masted early-18th-century sailing warship of the pirate era, 52 m over the bowsprit: a tarred oak hull with black wales, an ochre strake along nine gun ports a side with hinged lids, a white-stuff bottom with a weed line and barnacles, a gilded stern with lit cabin windows, quarter galleries, three lanterns and a sea-serpent figurehead. Ship-rigged with weathered canvas on yards that brace round, tarred shrouds and ratlines to climb, fighting tops, a working rudder, wheel and capstan, and walkable gun deck, weather deck, forecastle, quarterdeck, poop, great cabin and hold.
