Corrupted chained floating island

Floating rock island 20 m across: a flat plaza 16 m across on top (boulders only round the rim), a jagged underside 16 m deep hung with roots and stalactite spurs, and a cluster of glowing lift-crystals at its tip. Four chain eyes in the rim tie it down with chain runs to ground anchors; a chain ladder hangs from its hook at +X. Black rock with a withered plum top and magenta-glowing crystals.
