Steel railing, wall-return end

Tubular steel railing section, 1 m, ending in a wall return: the 50 mm handrail bends 90 degrees and runs 250 mm to a wall flange, with mid and bottom rail returns and a post with bolted base plate. Chipped black paint, rust at the welds and plate, polished hand-worn top, a bent baluster, bird droppings and a gig sticker.
