Sunstone spire observatory

Spire of giant crystals 39 m tall on a rune-cut stone foot: a core crystal 7 m thick among six lesser ones, glowing veins up its faces, and at 24 m an observatory deck 17 m across on crystal brackets under an open dome of crystal ribs, with a rail round it and round the stairwell. The spiral ramp is its own model (attach_ramp); place_telescope marks the instrument spot. Amber-gold sunstone crystal on warm sandstone.
