Dried-up well

Great blighted well: a cracked stone apron 16 m across round a well ring 7.2 m across with a gap where stairs go down, the shaft dropping 12 m to a pool, glowing cracks running out over the apron and low mist hugging the rim (mist emitter sockets), and a broken winch: one post snapped, the roller hanging crooked, a frayed rope dangling. The spiral stairs down the shaft are their own model (attach_stairs); the ground needs an opening over the shaft. Sun-dried stone, the old ooze cracked to dull mud, no glow.
